Dealer Load-In Begins: Wednesday, October 27th at 3:00 PM

Dealer Setup & Load-In

Dealer load-in will take place through the Hall G drive-in ramp, located off River Road on the south side of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, across from the Crowne Plaza O'Hare. Dealers may drive directly up the ramp and onto the Hall G show floor to unload. Security personnel will be stationed at the entrance and on the show floor to direct vehicles and assist with the load-in process. Once unloaded, please promptly remove your vehicle from the show floor and loading area to keep traffic moving for incoming dealers.

Dealer Security Room

Opens: Tuesday, October 26 at 12:00 PM

Wednesday: Available until 3:00 PM

Security Room Storage Policy

Complimentary storage is included for Table Holders and Equal Access Pass Holders. Show badges must be presented at check-in.

All other participants, including Early Access Pass Holders, are welcome to utilize security room storage for $100 per item.

Late Pickup: $200 per bag after 3:30 PM Wednesday.

Dealer Parking & Accessibility

Venue: Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, 5555 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018.

Parking

Public parking options include the William Street Parking Garage (9500 Williams Street) and East Parking Garage (9221 Bryn Mawr Avenue). Parking rates and garage access are subject to venue policies and may change for 2027.

Dealer Load-In & Load-Out

Dealer unloading is separate from regular visitor parking. Please follow GACC staff directions and posted dealer load-in instructions. Specific 2027 loading arrangements will be confirmed closer to the show. After unloading, promptly move your vehicle to an authorized parking area.

Accessible Parking & Entry

Accessible parking spaces and elevator access are available at the venue. Follow posted signs for accessible routes to the convention center and show floor. For specific accessibility arrangements, contact the convention center at 847-692-2220.

Hotel & Skybridge Access

Enclosed skybridge connections provide access between the convention center and certain nearby hotels and parking facilities. Follow posted signs for the appropriate route.

Security reminder: Parking and unloading arrangements are separate from Dealer Security Room check-in and storage policies.

Dealer Trading Room

The GACC Dealer Trading Room gives participating dealers an opportunity to buy, sell, and trade before the show opens to the public.

Trading Room Access Times

• 8:00 AM: Trading Room table holders may enter.
• 8:05 AM: Pass holders may enter, with equal access beginning at this time.
• 10:15 AM: Early Access admission begins.

(2) Badges Per Table: Each Dealer Trading Room table includes (2) badges.

Dealers needing space for additional personnel may purchase additional tables.

Limited Availability: Additional Trading Room tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Important: All participants must have the appropriate credentials for their admission category. Additional Trading Room information will be provided as the show approaches.

Shipping, Electrical & Show Services

Electrical Services

Electrical service is provided to every dealer booth.

Dealers requiring additional electrical cords may rent them directly from Ed at the Showcase Booth.

Dealers requiring a dedicated private electrical drop may request one through Jaye Watermann. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the show. An estimate will be provided and payment collected at the time of the request.

Showcase Rentals

Dealers will be provided with the number of showcases requested on their dealer application.

Additional showcases will be available for rent at the show, subject to availability.

Dealers needing extra showcases should visit Ed at the Showcase Booth to arrange and pay for rentals directly with him.

FedEx Pickup Information

FedEx pickup information and instructions will be updated two weeks before the show.

How to Reserve Your Safe

1. Contact Tom Volarich to request the current Dealer Safe Rental Application.
2. Reservation Deadline: Orders must be received by October 4, 2027, to guarantee safe rental.
3. Order confirmation will be sent after payment is received.
4. Your safe combination will be delivered directly to your booth.
