Calculated estimates do not confirm table availability or acceptance. Payment is handled separately. Credit Card and PayPal payments each add a 3% processing fee to the application total. This form does not collect payment.

5. Dealer Rules, Inclusions & Deadlines

Review the following table inclusions, badge eligibility and deadlines. Please review them before submitting.

What's included with each table

Corner: Two 8-foot tables, one 6-foot backup table, four showcases, two lamps and three badges.
Single (straight): One 8-foot table, one 6-foot backup table, two showcases, one lamp and two badges.
Budget: One 8-foot table, one 6-foot backup table, two showcases, one lamp and two badges.
Sponsor Center: The same table-inclusion and badge rules apply.
Dealer Trading Room (DTR): Tables are 6 feet long. (2) dealers behind each 6' trading room table.

Badge eligibility

Badges are for W-2 employees, immediate family members and registered shared dealers only. Others must purchase Equal Access or Early Access passes.

Shared dealers

A registered shared dealer receives a separate business listing in the show program and a business sign. The fee is $250 for a single or $350 for a corner.

Important deadlines

October 1, 2027: Program print deadline. Later changes will not appear in the printed program.
October 4, 2027: Deadline for Safe Rentals.
October 10, 2027: Final badge-change deadline. Later access requires a paid access pass.
